Please be advised that due to the pandemic international shipments are very delayed. Although we work hard to get your order on the move within 72 hrs (business days ) of it being placed . Delays may be seen while your order is waiting for an available plane.

PLEASE do not order if you are not ok with waiting.

If an item is returned to us due to customs issues , incorrect addresses entered upon ordering , missed delivery signature we will ship it back out on arrival. Depending on the time that the package has been in delivery another shipping label may be required to reship at the expense of the customer .

A restocking fee of $45 will apply to items that are refused at delivery. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SHIPPING FOR ANY REASON.

International return / product replacement . Customer is required to handle all necessary return shipping fees and or arrangements to return the item in question . Upon return Lux Lab will cover all shipping of the new product / package back to the international location.

PLEASE do not expect us to be able to “speed things up” ! We have no control over shipping times.

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS will be given because your order is taking too long . We can not cancel while your order is in transit .


Shipping times have resumed to normal.

Processing typically 48-72 hrs business days then your order will be shipped .

Remember , We test all devices before shipping and and keep tight records of all packages leaving the warehouse to ensure you’re package arrives exactly as you ordered it and in perfect condition. This takes time !

EXPRESS shipping means that we will expedite the processing of your order. Your order will be tested if needed, packaged and shipped out before other orders. Once your package arrived to postal it is up to postal to deliver your package in an express time frame .

[1-2 days west coast . 3-4 days east coast]

Keep in mind that we are still dealing with the pandemic and delays on Express orders can also happen. We will not refund for a delayed Express order if we were able to test , package and ship your order within 2 FULL business days from the day / time of when you initially placed the order . EXPRESS does not mean you will receive your package within a few days from the time you place the order . Processing and non business days must be considered. SHIPPING TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATION ONLY .
