Please be advised that due to the pandemic some international shipments may be delayed. This could mean slight delays or extended delayed packages.
Although we work hard to get your order on the move within 72 hrs (business days ) of it being placed . Delays may be seen after it leaves LuxLab while your order is waiting for an available plane.
PLEASE do not order from us if you are not ok with waiting. There is nothing we can do on our end to “speed up“ your delivery.
We can not cancel or refund for your order after the order is placed and is in transit under any circumstances .
If your order has been placed and you need to cancel you may do so within 6 hrs of ordering . We ship fast for our customers , so we will need to be notified immediately .
CANCELLED ORDER :
There is a fee to cancel . This goes directly to our payment processor who charges us a 3% fee to refund a transaction.
IMPORT DUTIES :
Check your countries import duties. Import duties may be required from you by customs to
receive your goods. We are not responsible for our customers import fees . You are the person ordering and importing into your country and therefore you are reaponsible for all fees or duties .
We also were required to pay our import fees on products when we import them from Korea into the USA. This is a worldwide import standard for all countries .
If an item is returned to us for any reason : customs issues , non duty payment , incorrect addresses entered upon ordering , missed delivery signature we require that the reshipping fee be paid again by the customer to reship it back out for a second time.
We can not reship a package free of charge . Each time a package is shipped a new label must be created.
PACKAGE MOVEMENT :
If a package is sitting at the “Delivery Depot “ or sitting still for several days this may mean that it is sitting at customs waiting for you to pay the import duties .
IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP TRACK OF THE PACKAGE AND TO HANDLE THE ISSUES FOR DELIVERY. We do NOT communicate with international customs or arrange packages for customers .
RESTOCKING:
A restocking fee of $65 will apply to regular items that are refused at delivery and or any package that is returned to us and refused for reshipping.
On Oversize machines over 20 lbs a 5% restocking fee applies .
SHIPPING CHARGE REFUNDS:
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SHIPPING FOR ANY REASON.
RETURNS/MISSED DELIVERY
Customer is required to handle all necessary return shipping fees and or arrangements to return the item in question .
*NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS will be given because your order is taking too long . We can not cancel while your order is in transit .
USA SHIPPING
Shipping times have resumed to normal.
Processing typically 48-72 hrs business days then your order will be shipped .
Example :
( Ordering on Friday at 6 pm would mean on Tuesday morning one full business day has passed . Monday 8 am-Tuesday 8 am) DURING A PROMO , HOLIDAY OR SALE:
Please allow an additional 24-72 hrs to process the order due to extremely high volume during sales . We do NOT have Amazon shipping capabilities since we do not have fulfillment centers all over the world and we do not have a large staff.
Remember , We test all devices before shipping and and keep meticulous video records of all packages being packaged and leaving the warehouse to ensure you’re package arrives exactly as you ordered it and in perfect condition. OVERSIZE PARCEL:
Please allow an additional 24-72 hrs to process the order due to additional steps in testing the details of your machine or device . We do NOT have Amazon shipping capabilities since we do not have fulfillment centers all over the world and we do not have a large staff. Large intricate machines have more parts and functions.
Remember , We test every aspect before shipping . Every prong, every tube , every system function is tested prior to shipping . Oversize parcels are shipped with different methods than a regular package . They are very heavy and require extra attention and time to do so properly . Once the parcel is dropped at our business drop deck it can be up to 28 hours for the level to move since oversize parcels travel on a specific truck that runs every other day .

Hello, this is very interesting. I like to try this out, I get the pen, I need the cartridges and I need to purchase HA filler ? Correct. And it has to be no more then 20g ? Is the correct.
Can you show some pictures of the black pens and Dual all the way around. Because sometimes
you cannot see the lines on the pen.

When I say for the shipping 1-3 or 3-5 is that processing or receiving out item?
Do you ship to South Africa?
