Caratfill Aurora PN + HA is used as a skin rejuvenation treatment. It is a type of skin booster designed to improve overall skin quality addressing many skin concerns and issues such as:

MN
1. Cleanse and Prep
• Wash face thoroughly with a gentle cleanser.
• Disinfect using alcohol pads or antiseptic spray.
• Apply numbing cream if needed using depth ≥0.5 mm (wait 15–20 min, then remove completely).
 
2. Open Caratfill Aurora
• Open one ampoule (5.2 mL).
• Draw the solution into a sterile syringe or drop small amounts directly onto areas during the process.
 
3. MN Process
• Set your device:
• 0.25–0.5 mm for general skin rejuvenation
• 0.5–1.0 mm for deeper lines or scars (trained users only)
• Work in small zones (e.g., forehead, cheeks, chin).
• Apply a few drops of Caratfill Aurora to the target area.
• Use the dermapen/roller in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal passes, about 2–4 passes per area.
• Reapply more solution as you go to keep skin moist.
 
Expect mild pinpoint bleeding at 0.5 mm or higher — this is normal.

1. Skin Prep
• Clean the skin with a gentle cleanser.
• Disinfect the treatment area thoroughly with chlorhexidine or alcohol.
• Apply a topical numbing cream to reduce discomfort. Leave for 20–30 minutes, then remove completely and disinfect again.

2. Draw the Product
• Open the ampoule under sterile conditions.
• Draw the product into a sterile insulin syringe (1 mL).
• Use full-strength, or dilute with 0.3–0.5 mL sterile saline if the patient is sensitive.

3. Technique: Napage or Papule Method
 
Micro-papule technique (most common)
• 0.01–0.05 mL per point into the superficial dermis.
• Form small blebs or papules 1 cm apart over:
• Face (forehead, cheeks, temples, nasolabial folds)
• Neck and décolleté (if desired)
• Hold the skin taut.
• Needle angle: 90°
• Depth: 1–2 mm (just enough to raise a papule)
 
4. Post-Inj Protocol
• Gently pat remaining product into the area.
• Apply sterile HA gel or a soothing peptide spray (e.g., copper peptide).
• No makeup, sweating, sun exposure, or exfoliation for 24–48 hours.
• Bruising and swelling at injection sites are common and temporary
 
Apply one treatment per week, ideally spaced every 7 to 10 days.
• Repeat 3 to 4 sessions in total.
• This phase helps “jump-start” collagen production, deeply hydrate the skin, and begin repair of damaged tissue.
 
Maintenance Phase:
Once you’ve completed the initial series and achieved noticeable improvements switch to a maintenance routine of one session every 4 to 6 weeks.
