2. Supplies Needed
• Exosome skin booster (e.g., Exotera Prime, 1 vial reconstituted if freeze-dried)
• 30–32G mesotherapy (4–6 mm length) or microneedling pen (0.25–1.0 mm depth)
• 1 mL Luer-lock syringes
• Topical anesthetic (e.g., 5–7% lidocaine cream)
• Antiseptic solution (chlorhexidine 0.05% or isopropyl alcohol 70%)
• Sterile gauze

3. Preparation
1. Patient consultation & consent – review medical history, contraindications, and expectations.
2. Skin cleansing – wash with antibacterial cleanser.
3. Topical anesthesia – apply to entire treatment area for 20–30 minutes if needed.
4. Disinfect – wipe with chlorhexidine or alcohol swab; allow to dry completely.
5. Product preparation – if freeze-dried, mix solvent into lyophilized exosome powder per manufacturer’s instructions; use immediately after reconstitution.

Technique:
