2. Supplies Needed
•Exosome skin booster (e.g., Exotera Prime, 1 vial reconstituted if freeze-dried)
•30–32G mesotherapy (4–6 mm length) or microneedling pen (0.25–1.0 mm depth)
•1 mL Luer-lock syringes
•Topical anesthetic (e.g., 5–7% lidocaine cream)
•Antiseptic solution (chlorhexidine 0.05% or isopropyl alcohol 70%)
•Sterile gauze

3. Preparation
1.Patient consultation & consent – review medical history, contraindications, and expectations.
2.Skin cleansing – wash with antibacterial cleanser.
3.Topical anesthesia – apply to entire treatment area for 20–30 minutes if needed. 
4.Disinfect – wipe with chlorhexidine or alcohol swab; allow to dry completely.
5.Product preparation – if freeze-dried, mix solvent into lyophilized exosome powder per manufacturer’s instructions; use immediately after reconstitution.

•Device depth:
•0.25–0.5 mm for epidermal delivery (radiance, tone)
•0.5–1.0 mm for collagen induction + product penetration
Technique:
•Glide pen in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal passes
•Apply exosome solution liberally and re-apply as needed during treatment
