Treatment Protocol: 
Step 1: Pre-Treatment Preparation
• Cleanse the treatment area using a non-exfoliating antibacterial cleanser.
• Apply a topical anesthetic (5% lidocaine) and allow it to sit for 20–30 minutes if needed. 
• Remove anesthetic completely with sterile saline or alcohol wipes.
Step 2: Skin Disinfection
• Disinfect the entire treatment area using chlorhexidine or 70% isopropyl alcohol.
• Let the skin dry completely 
Step 3: Product Preparation
• Using a sterile technique, open the NAD+ Meso Skin Booster ampoule.
• Draw 1.5–3.0 mL into a 1 mL Luer-lock syringe using a sterile needle.
• Attach a sterile meso tip (30G × 4 mm - 33G × 2 mm ).
Step 4: Inj Technique
• Use point-by-point or micro-papule technique.
•  15°–30° angle at  1.0–2.5 mm depth depending on region
• 0.02–0.05 mL per point spaced ~1 cm apart.
• Grid pattern, starting centrally and moving outward.
• Aspirate for precaution and avoid overfilling any single point.
Step 5: Post-Treatment Protocol
• Gently compress any bleeding points with sterile gauze.
• Do not massage papules unless directed; allow them to absorb naturally.
• Apply a soothing barrier cream (e.g., Cicalfate or Bepanthen).
• Apply Aptisol SPF 50 sunscreen immediately after if no erythema is present.
Step 6: Aftercare Instructions
• Avoid makeup, heat, exercise, and direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours.
• Advise daily SPF application (preferably Aptisol SPF 50).
• Use only gentle hydrating products for the next 3 days.
