Advanced Two-Phase Retexturizing Microneedling System
The Plaxom + Dexacell 8-Week Skin Retexturizing System is a two-treatment protocol designed to progressively improve the appearance of skin texture, firmness, elasticity, resilience, density, and overall skin quality.
Combining PLLA, PCL, CaHA, plant-derived exosomes, PDRN, collagen, copper peptides, growth-factor components, peptides, amino acids, PGA, ectoin, trehalose, and NAG, the system uses two complementary treatments performed four weeks apart.
Treatment 01 — Rebuild + Retexturize

Treatment 02 — Reinforce + Resilience
Selastin Plaxom + Ectoin + Trehalose + NAG Complex
Two treatments. Four weeks apart. Eight weeks of progressive skin remodeling.
The whole kit is specifically a microneedle kit. Plaxome by itself can be used for shallow depth mesotherepy. If used for meso the Ecotin may be micro needed by itself .

USE
Designed for skin showing uneven or rough texture, loss of firmness or elasticity, crepey appearance, fine lines, enlarged-looking pores, loss of density or resilience, post-acne textural irregularities, and overall changes in skin quality.
FORMULA BENEFITS
Selastin Plaxom combines PLLA, CaHA, plant-derived exosomes, PDRN, collagen, and peptides to support collagen remodeling, firmness, elasticity, density, resilience, and visible improvement in skin texture.
Dexacell combines PLLA, PCL, copper peptides, growth-factor components, SOD, and peptides to support skin renewal, collagen remodeling, firmness, elasticity, density, and retexturizing.
NMF Amino + PGA Complex combines L-Serine, Glycine, L-Alanine, L-Proline, L-Arginine, and PGA to support skin suppleness, elasticity, smoothness, and visible refinement of texture.
Ectoin + Trehalose + NAG Complex supports skin resilience, barrier function, conditioning, and the visible improvement of rough and uneven texture.
8-WEEK TREATMENT PROTOCOL
TREATMENT 01 — REBUILD + RETEXTURIZE
Dexacell + NMF Amino + PGA Complex
WEEK 1
Prepare Dexacell by combining the two Dexacell vials according to the manufacturer’s preparation instructions. Mix gently until uniform.
Cleanse and prepare the skin. Apply the prepared Dexacell and complete the first microneedling pass over the treatment area. Reapply as needed and complete the second pass.
For the third and final pass, apply the NMF Amino + PGA Complex and microneedle over the treatment area.
Apply a final layer of NMF Amino + PGA Complex and allow it to absorb.
Allow four weeks before Treatment 02.
TREATMENT 02 — REINFORCE + RESILIENCE
Selastin Plaxom + Ectoin + Trehalose + NAG Complex
WEEK 4
Prepare Selastin Plaxom by adding the complete 6 mL solution vial to the 200 mg powder vial. Mix gently according to the manufacturer’s preparation instructions until uniform.
Cleanse and prepare the skin. Apply the prepared Selastin Plaxom and complete the first microneedling pass over the treatment area. Reapply as needed and complete the second pass.
For the third and final pass, apply the Ectoin + Trehalose + NAG Complex and microneedle over the treatment area.
Apply a final layer of Ectoin + Trehalose + NAG Complex and allow it to absorb.
Allow the skin another four weeks for continued remodeling, completing the full eight-week system.
